All orders placed with ProNitrous.com either online or via phone support, generally ship within 24-48 hours after receipt of order. Shipping carrier is based on the item selected, manufacturer provider, location and shipping method selected. Shipping carriers include FedEx, USPS, UPS and DHL. If you require additional options such as your carrier or account please email orders@pronitrous.com .  

ProNitrous.com will provide you order tracking via text and/or email and may access your account online for additional account and order information.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
